- PRIMERO. DECLARAR extemporanea e improcedente la solicitud de aclaracion de la orden trigesimo quinta del auto 373 de 2016 elevada por la Procuraduria General de la Nacion.
- SEGUNDO. REITERAR a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion el termino de dos (2) meses contados a partir la notificacion del auto 373 de 2016, para dar cumplimiento a la solicitud expuesta en la orden trigesimo quinta del mencionado auto.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion del presente auto.
